A public Library is running at NSS, Banpur. It is approved by the Department of Culture, Govt. of Odisha as a Block level Library. Books received every year from Raja Ram Mohan Ray Library Foundation through the Department. The Sangh took an initiative to start a Training Centre for Teachers (TCT) of VI, HI & MR during the year 2018-19. The Department of SSEPD, Govt. of Odisha had issued NOC for starting the training courses at Banpur. NSS had got the Approval from RCI to start the Diploma Training course (DSE VI) for the Teachers of Visual Impairment. Existing Eight Reservoirs Constructed earlier in two Tribal Gram Panchayats (Niladriprasad and Damia Berbara) of Banpur Block.
